Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, uninstalled, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, labels, and components. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns must be approved before being shipped. Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving approval for a return will not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns that arrive damaged, incomplete, altered, used, or without original packaging may be denied or subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or store credit.

We may require photographs or other documentation before approving any claim.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Items showing signs of use, installation, modification, or damage after delivery

  • Products returned without original packaging and accessories

  • Products damaged through misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and must include photographic evidence of the issue.

Replacement products are subject to availability. If a replacement is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Customers remain responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will inform you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, and other service fees are non-refundable.

Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
